Current Beauty Routine

I tend to use the same products over a long period of time and don’t seem to change things up too much although I do add or exchange some products. Calcium and Magnesium Deficiency

Because I don’t drink or eat dairy and am also not great on the fish or meat front I need additional calcium and magnesium to keep me healthy. Healthy Breakfast
