Because I
don’t drink or eat dairy and am also not great on the fish or meat front I need
additional calcium and magnesium to keep me healthy. I have found that these
pills from pure encapsulations are
quite easy to add into your diet and the body takes them quite good. It does
say on the bottle that you should take 2x2 tablets per day but I only take one
with breakfast. After a hard workout or something I do take additional
magnesium powder that you mix with water to get the mineral levels in my body
back up.
I know that
this brand makes all sorts of added minerals and stuff and it is quite
affordable so if your body is low on anything, they are worth a look at. They
are also easy to swallow and do not have any taste to them.
